Refund and Returns Policy

Below are the detailed instructions on how to process a refund or a return or exchange. The policy begins from the date of purchase. Please see whether either of the following pertain to you, and if the item(s) are covered by our Refund/Return/Exchange Policy.

  • Personalised items are one-of-a-kind, they cannot be returned/exchanged/refunded.
  • When the order status is awaiting production, you can refund and cancel your order.
  • When the order moves to production, if a refund is requested (if it is a non-production issue), only shipping costs will be refunded.
  • When the order status is shipped, if a refund is requested (if it is a non-production issue), no refund will be issued.
  • Once an order is delivered, for non-production related issues, no refunded & no returns & no exchanges.

Geekifyd is responsible for return postage fees or refunds, if:

  • We sent the wrong order or item(s), you received any broken items, or the quality of the products you received is poor/defective.
  • You received the incorrect custom content. If the custom content appearance is different from the custom content provided to Geekified.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Geekifyd.com reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies please Contact us at hi@geekifyd.com.

Once your order has been ordered we will immediately begin production on the personalised items. Once production has begun, if you would like to cancel your purchase, you can only refund the shipping cost.
